Report someone or something
Open the profile or session in the app and use the report option to flag abuse, harassment, or anything that breaks our community rules. You can also block a user from their profile at any time, which removes them from your experience.
Delete your account
You can request deletion of your account from inside the app, in your profile settings. If you cannot access the app, email support@active-circle.app from your account email and we will process the request. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, or operational purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Common questions
I did not get a join request decision
Hosts approve requests manually, so there can be a wait. You will get a notification and an inbox update when a host responds.
I cannot see a session anymore
Sessions can be cancelled by the host or move out of range as your filters change. Check your joined sessions in the app.
Safety while meeting people
Active Circle does not run background checks. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and use your own judgment. See our Terms & Conditions for the full community meet-up disclaimer.
